As the world is in the grips of the Coronavirus situations are changing on a daily basis, whether it’s voluntary or enforced isolation many of our members will be training from home for a period of time.

As such we will be creating and delivering programmes, workouts, nutrition and mindset tips to our valuable members to keep you in peek Physical and Mental health at this challenging time.

Content will be added daily across various platforms and we will keep you informed and guided every step of the way.

WORKOUTS: Below are some High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts designed to burn fat, increase fitness, strengthen muscles and improve flexibility. We are starting at the lowest common denominator (no equipment required) so all you need is a little space.

We have included a video showing the exercises and PDF so you have everything you need to get started.

There are progressions and regressions (harder and easier versions) of the moves so these workouts are suitable for all.
