Yoga at SOS is about forgetting everything else that's going on in your life and finding some 'you-time'. Relax, de-stress and find your calm.
Gail started her Yoga coaching in 2018 after falling in love with the practice. Since its introduction, Yoga by SOS has welcomed all levels of experience from beginners to the more experienced yogis.

Our classes can range from the simple yoga-only session, to a candle-lit evening session, to a combination of running to start and yoga to finish classes. With a relaxed, pressure-free and friendly atmosphere come along and give one or more a try - you might just discover the best version of you is hiding in amongst the day to day stresses we all face.

This Spring, we are extremely excited to introduce our first ever Yoga Retreat Weekend on the beautiful banks of Loch Lomond.

Imagine waking up early after staying in the wonderful Loch Lomond Arms Hotel, setting off on a gentle jog along the shores of the loch, taking in the sights of Ben Lomond and breathing in the fresh, spring air. Follow that up with a day of relaxing and energising yoga classes, meditation sessions, walks and experiences to suit everyone, providing a truly unforgettable experience.

Places on this one are going to be extremely limited but for those who get in touch early we can promise a fantastic experience.

Included in the weekend will be:
* Places for 8 – 12 (no-prior experience necessary)
* 2 night stay accommodation (excluding food)
* 2 yoga and mediation classes
* Walk up Ben Lomond
* Relaxing cruise on the Loch
