Meet Your Trainers
All staff at SOS are fully qualified PT’s with backgrounds from either the military or fitness worlds. We pride ourselves on choosing the right people for the right positions using the benchmark that all instructors must ensure your experiences are enjoyable, as well as effective.

We only ever hire experienced trainers with a passion to help others become happier and healthier. Motivating, supportive, patient, understanding, discreet, fun and ‘off their heads’ are just some of the words that have been used to describe the SOS team.
