I was on the lookout for a new personal trainer and Steve offered his services. After a strict rigorous initial goal setting session, we went to work. The variety of outdoor training instantly suited my lifestyle and interests. from trees to tyres to hills to rugby pitches to boxing he had me everywhere. I can honestly say i have never put so much effort into something and enjoyed it so much.

The best thing I ever did - SOS Fitness is a family, everyone is so welcoming, encouraging/motivating doesn't matter your level of fitness. The instructors are all brilliant, friendly & work with you to improve yourself no matter if it's your first day or you've been going for awhile. You work at your own pace & you are pushed to always better yourself. I am even running now, which I would never have done before SOS & run 10ks. I am now fitter than I've ever been & am starting to belief in myself.
